Overview
This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for the delivery of products purchased from our online store. We aim to provide clear information about shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, Canada, and select international locations. Please note that some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified during the checkout process.
Shipping Methods and Costs
- Standard Shipping: Available for all orders. Costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days for domestic orders and 10-20 business days for international orders.
- Expedited Shipping is available for select products. Its costs are higher than standard shipping and vary by destination. The estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days for domestic orders and 5-10 business days for international orders.
Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. All prices are in USD.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on non-business days will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email. These are estimates only and may vary due to factors such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing for international orders. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package’s progress through the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer service team at Nordstjar@gmail.com.
International Shipping
For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These costs are not included in the shipping charges displayed at checkout. Please check with your local customs office for more information. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at Nordstjar@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund per our Return Policy.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and may charge additional shipping fees for reshipment.
